We recently stayed at Pension Silene Orotava and had a fantastic experience. the boutique hotel is small, quiet, and impeccably clean. the owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel like royalty during our stay. Our room had a terrace with a stunning view of the ocean and the charming rooftops of the historical center of La Orotava. the XXL bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like kings. the highlight of our mornings was the excellent breakfast, which included freshly pressed orange juice, local goat cheese, tasty charcuteries, bread from a quality bakery, homemade confitures. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the historical center and also for day trips to Teide National Park, wineries, and enjoying local cuisine. We highly recommend Pension Silene Orotava for a wonderful stay in La Orotava. Cons: Nothing to mention.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality of the owners. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The delicious breakfasts made with local products were a highlight, and I particularly enjoyed the homemade brownies. The location of the hotel was perfect, being situated in the heart of the charming old town. I loved being able to explore the nearby coffee shops and tapas bars. Additionally, the views from my room were breathtaking, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean and Teide.
If you are looking for a modern hotel, this might not be your best fit. However, for those who appreciate the character and charm of an old house, this is the place to be.
